At GlueGlu, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our planners, pens, and file folders. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same original condition as received.
- In its original packaging, including any labels or tags.
- Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are returned after the 30-day period.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used pens.
- Planners with any personal entries or markings.
- File folders that have been bent, torn, or otherwise damaged after delivery.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
